  "text": "For section 45 there shall be substituted—\n“Application to Scotland\n45 (1) In the application of this Act to Scotland—\n“account of profits” means accounting and payment of profits;\n“accounts” means count, reckoning and payment;\n“arbitrator” means arbiter;\n“assignment” means assignation;\n“claimant” means pursuer;\n“costs” means expenses;\n“defendant” means defender;\n“delivery up” means delivery;\n“injunction” means interdict;\n“interlocutory relief” means interim remedy.\n(2) References to the Crown shall be construed as including references to the Crown in right of the Scottish Administration.”.",
