# The Intellectual Property (Enforcement, etc.) Regulations 2006, Paragraph 13: Amendment of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988


In section 212 (index of defined expressions), for the words “EEA national” there shall be substituted “the EEA and EEA state”.
