# The Intellectual Property (Enforcement, etc.) Regulations 2006, Paragraph 18: Amendment of the Trade Marks Act 1994


In section 55 (the Paris Convention), in subsection (1)(b) after the words “that Convention” there shall be inserted “or to that Agreement”.
