# The Intellectual Property (Enforcement, etc.) Regulations 2006, Paragraph 9: Amendment of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988


In section 179 (index of defined expressions), for the words “EEA, EEA national and EEA state” there shall be substituted “the EEA, EEA state and national of an EEA state”.
