Paragraph 1 Amendment of the Duration of Copyright and Rights in Performances Regulations 1995

In regulation 2 of the Duration of Copyright and Rights in Performances Regulations 1995^f1 for the definition of “EEA state” there is substituted—

• ““EEA state” means a member State, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway.”.
