Paragraph 10 Amendment of the Community Design Regulations 2005

After regulation 5 there shall be inserted—

“Application to Scotland and Northern Ireland

(1)

In the application of these Regulations to Scotland—

• “accounts” means count, reckoning and payment;

• “claimant” means pursuer;

• “defendant” means defender;

• “delivery up” means delivery;

• “injunction” means interdict.

In the application of these Regulations to Northern Ireland, “claimant” includes plaintiff.”.
