# The Intellectual Property (Enforcement, etc.) Regulations 2006, Paragraph 3: Amendment of the Copyright and Related Rights Regulations 1996


In regulation 2, for the definition of “EEA state” there shall be substituted—
““EEA state” means a member State, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway.”.
