  "text": "For regulation 23 of the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997 there shall be substituted—\n“Application of copyright provisions to database right\n23 The following provisions of the 1988 Act apply in relation to database right and databases in which that right subsists as they apply in relation to copyright and copyright works—\nsections 90 to 93 (dealing with rights in copyright works)\nsections 96 to 102 (rights and remedies of copyright owner and exclusive licensee)\nsections 113 and 114 (supplementary provisions relating to delivery up)\nsection 115 (jurisdiction of county court and sheriff court).”.",
