# The Intelligence Services Act 1994 (Dependent Territories) Order 1995, Article 2


Subsection (1) of section 5 and subsection (1) of section 11 of the Intelligence Services Act 1994 shall extend to the colonies specified in the Schedule hereto as part of the law thereof.
