# The Intermediate Diets (Scotland) Order 1996, Article 2: Citation, commencement and interpretation


In this Order—
“the 1995 Act” means the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995; and
“commission area” has the same meaning as in section 26(1) of the District Courts (Scotland) Act 1975.
