For the purposes of paragraph 2 above, it shall be assumed that the holding would have been let on the terms relating to maintenance, repair and insurance of fixed equipment set out in the Schedule to the Agriculture (Maintenance, Repair and Insurance of Fixed Equipment) Regulations 1973f1.
