Article 1

(1)

This Order may be cited as the International Development Association (Thirteenth Replenishment) Order 2003 and shall come into force forthwith.

(2)

In this Order—

“the Agreement” means the Agreement establishing the International Development Association dated 29th January 1960 and accepted on behalf of the Government of the United Kingdom on 14th September 1960^f1;
“the Association” means the International Development Association established by the Agreement;
“the Government” means the Government of the United Kingdom;
“the Resolution” means Resolution No. 204 entitled “Additions to Resources: Thirteenth Replenishment” adopted by the Board of Governors of the Association on 29th September 2002.
