  "text": "INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND\nMade 26th June 1997\nComing into force 27th June 1997\nWhereas:\n(1) A proposal has been made to increase the aggregate outstanding in respect of the principal of loans made by the United Kingdom to the International Monetary Fund in accordance with the Fund’s borrowing arrangements;\n(2) In accordance with section 2(3) of the International Monetary Fund Act 1979 (“the 1979 Act”), a draft of this Order has been laid before the House of Commons and has been approved by a resolution of that House;\nNow therefore, the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(2) of the 1979 Act and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:",
