  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force provisions of the International Organisations Act 2005 (“the Act”) which relate to the Commonwealth Secretariat. Sections 1 and 2 of the Act are brought into force on 11th July 2005, and section 3 is brought into force on 6th April 2006.",
