# The International Organisations Act 2005 (Commencement) Order 2005, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings into force provisions of the International Organisations Act 2005 (“the Act”) which relate to the Commonwealth Secretariat. Sections 1 and 2 of the Act are brought into force on 11th July 2005, and section 3 is brought into force on 6th April 2006.
