  "text": "This Order may be cited as the International Rubber Study Group (Immunities and Privileges) Order 1978. It shall come into operation on the date on which the Headquarters Agreement between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the International Rubber Study Group (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) enters into force. This date shall be notified in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes.",
