  "long_title": "This Order amends section 1 of the International Transport Conventions Act 1983 which gives the force of law in the United Kingdom to the Convention concerning International Carriage by Rail signed on behalf of the United Kingdom on 9th May 1980 (Cmnd. 8535). The Order takes account of amendments to the Convention made by the Revision Committee constituted by Article 8 of the Convention. These amendments were made under Article 20(3) and have come into force for the United Kingdom in accordance with Article 21.",
