(a) in column “a”—
(i) for “B3090—B4030” substitute “B3090—B4020”;
(ii) omit “GC020 except waste cable & wire, e-motor scrap”;
(b) in column “d”omit—
(i) “GC010”;
(ii) “GC020 only waste cable & wire, e-motor scrap”.
