# Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954, Section 48: Repeals, etc.


Subs. (1) rep. by SLR 1973
(2) Without prejudice to sub-section (1), the Interpretation Act, 1889 1889 c.63, shall cease to apply to the interpretation of enactments.
