# The Intervention Functions (Delegation) (Amendment) Regulations 1988, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations amend the Intervention Functions (Delegation) Regulations 1972 so as to extend the range of crops in respect of which the Home-Grown Cereals Authority is empowered to carry out functions on behalf of the Intervention Board for Agricultural Produce.
