# The Intestate Succession (Interest and Capitalisation) (Amendment) Order 2008, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Intestate Succession (Interest and Capitalisation) (Amendment) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 1st February 2009.
