# The Intestate Succession (Interest and Capitalisation) (Amendment) Order 2008, Article 2: Amendment of Intestate Succession (Interest and Capitalisation) Order 1977


(1) In paragraph (2) of article 3 of the Intestate Succession (Interest and Capitalisation) Order 1977—
(a) omit “average”; and
(b) omit “medium coupon”.
(2) For the Schedule to the Intestate Succession (Interest and Capitalisation) Order 1977, substitute the Schedule to this Order.
