# Intestates’ Estates Act 1952, Paragraph 7


(1) Except where the context otherwise requires, references in this Schedule to a dwelling-house include references to any garden or portion of ground attached to and usually occupied with the dwelling-house or otherwise required for the amenity or convenience of the dwelling-house.
(2) This Schedule shall be construed as one with Part IV of the principal Act.
