  "long_title": "These Regulations designate South West Grid for Learning Trust (“the Trust”) as a suitable person to make intimate image reports to providers of internet services and providers of internet access services. The Trust operates a service called the Revenge Porn Helpline which will receive information from the public and make the reports, the purpose of which is to assist providers in making judgments about whether content is intimate image content, as defined in section 59(10A) of the Online Safety Act 2023 (c. 50).",
