# The Introductory Tenants (Review) Regulations 1997, Regulation 3: Who is to carry out the review

Extent: E+W

(1) The review shall be carried out by a person who was not involved in the decision to apply for an order for possession.
(2) Where the review of a decision made by an officer is also to be made by an officer, that officer shall be someone who is senior to the officer who made the original decision.
