# The Invasive Alien Species (Enforcement and Permitting) (Amendment) Order 2019, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Invasive Alien Species (Enforcement and Permitting) (Amendment) Order 2019, and comes into force on 30th September 2019.
