# The Invasive Alien Species (Enforcement and Permitting) (Amendment) Order 2019, Article 2: Amendment of the Invasive Alien Species (Enforcement and Permitting) Order 2019


(1) The Invasive Alien Species (Enforcement and Permitting) Order 2019 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 1 (citation, commencement, extent and application), in paragraph (1), for “1st October 2019” substitute “1st December 2019”;
(3) In article 43 (review: England), in paragraph (2), for “1st October 2024” substitute “1st December 2024”.
