  "text": "(1) A person who, for the purpose of obtaining the issue of a permit or the grant of a licence (whether for that person or another), knowingly or recklessly—\n(a) makes a statement or representation which is false in a material particular, or\n(b) furnishes a document or information which is false in a material particular,\nis guilty of an offence.\n(2) A person who, for the purpose of the notice referred to in article 19(2), makes a statement or representation which is false in a material particular is guilty of an offence.",
