  "text": "In this Order unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the meanings hereby assigned to them respectively:–\n“Order of 1911” means the Inverness Harbour Order 1911;\n“Trust” means Inverness Harbour Trust (otherwise the Trustees of the Harbour of Inverness);\n“Trustees” means the Trustees of the Harbour of Inverness;\n“the new constitution date” means 1st February 2003 or the date when this order comes into force, whichever is the later.",
