  "text": "If the Trustees are satisfied that a member:–\n(a) has without permission of the Trustees been absent from meetings of the Trust\n(i) for a period during which three such meeting have been held; or\n(ii) for a period of three consecutive months;\nwhichever of these periods is the longer; or\n(b) has had an award of sequestration made against his estate; or\n(c) is incapacitated by physical or mental illness from discharging the functions of a member; or\n(d) is otherwise unable, unwilling or unfit to discharge the functions of a member;\nthe Trustees may declare his office as a member to be vacant and thereupon his office shall become vacant.",
