# Inverness Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2002, Paragraph 2


The chairman in office at the new constitution date shall, subject to paragraph 7 below, and unless he resigns his office as chairman, or ceases to be a member, continue in office as chairman until his initial term of office as a member has expired.
