# Inverness Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2002, Paragraph 20


Deeds and documents requiring to be executed on behalf of the Trustees shall be executed in accordance with the Requirements of Writing (Scotland) Act 1995, Schedule 2, paragraph 5.
