# Inverness Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2002, Paragraph 7


If the Trustees are satisfied that the chairman or vice-chairman should cease to hold his office as such, they may terminate his office as such and appoint another member to be the chairman or vice-chairman during the remainder of the term for which the former chairman or vice-chairman was appointed.
