  "text": "(1) In this Part—\n“personal data” has the same meaning as in Part 7 (see section 199(2));\n“protected data” has the same meaning as in Part 7 (see section 203);\n“senior official” means a member of the Senior Civil Service or a member of the Senior Management Structure of His Majesty’s Diplomatic Service;\n“third party BPD warrant” has the meaning given by section 226F.\n(3) See also—\nsection 263 (general definitions),\nsection 265 (index of defined expressions).",
