# The Investigatory Powers (Consequential Amendments etc.) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 4: Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001


In regulation 2(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001 , in the definition of “prison”, for “section 4(9) of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000” substitute “ section 49(3) of the Investigatory Powers Act 2016 ”.
