# The Investigatory Powers (Consequential Amendments etc.) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 5: Police, Public Order and Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2006 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2007


In article 3(9)(b) of the Police, Public Order and Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2006 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2007 (disclosure of information) for “Part 1 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000” substitute “ any of Parts 1 to 7 or Chapter 1 of Part 9 of the Investigatory Powers Act 2016 ”.
