In Schedule 1 to the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (Competition) (Consequential, Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2014 (transfer of functions of the Office of Fair Trading and the Competition Commission to the Competition and Markets Authority and amendments consequential on Part 3 and 4 of the Act of 2013) , omit paragraph 140 (amendment of section 40 of RIPA).
