  "text": "In this Schedule—\n“appropriate authority” means—\n(a)in relation to any activity carried out exclusively or primarily on premises which are or are on–\n(i)an authorised defence site;\n(ii)a new nuclear build site;\n(iii)a nuclear warship site,\nthe ONR;\n(b)otherwise, the Executive;\n“relevant environmental body”—\n(a)in relation to England, means the Environment Agency;\n(b)in relation to Wales, means the Natural Resources Body for Wales;\n(c)in relation to Scotland, means the Scottish Environment Protection Agency.",
