  "text": "In any case where—\n(a) the dose limits specified in paragraph 8 are being applied by an employer in respect of an employee; and\n(b) the appropriate authority is not satisfied that it is impracticable for that employee to be subject to the dose limit specified in paragraph 1 of Part 1 of this Schedule,\nthe appropriate authority may require the employer to apply the dose limit specified in paragraph 1 of Part 1 with effect from such time as the appropriate authority may consider appropriate having regard to the interests of the employee concerned.",
