# The Iran (Sanctions) (Amendment) Regulations 2026, Regulation 15: Interpretation


In regulation 2 (interpretation), after the definition of “serious human rights violation or abuse” insert—
““ships licence” means a licence issued by the Secretary of State under regulation 62B (ships licences);”.
