Regulation 30 Trade enforcement: application of CEMA

In regulation 84(5) (trade enforcement: application of CEMA), after sub-paragraph (b), insert—

“(c)

regulation 43B(3) (technical assistance relating to ships);

(d)

regulation 43C(4) (provision of services relating to specified ships);

(e)

regulation 43D(4) (procurement of services relating to specified ships).”.
