# The Iran (Sanctions) (Nuclear) (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2025, Regulation 9: Transitional provisions: prior obligations


In regulation 78 (transitional provisions: prior obligations)—
(a) omit paragraph (2);
(b) in paragraph (3)—
(i) for the opening words, substitute “The provision referred to in paragraph (1) is—”
(ii) at the end of sub-paragraph (a), omit “and”;
(iii) after sub-paragraph (a), insert—
“(ab) regulation 37ZZB (finance: exceptions relating to payment of Treasury debt), and”.
