The following explosives and related substances—
(a) amatol;
(b) nitrocellulose (containing more than 12.5 % nitrogen);
(c) nitroglycol;
(d) pentaerythritol tetranitrate (PETN);
(e) picryl chloride;
(f) 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT).
