  "text": "(1) To enable anything to be done in connection with the performance of any humanitarian assistance activity.\n(2) In sub-paragraph (1) “humanitarian assistance activity” includes the work of international and non-governmental organisations carrying out relief activities in Iran for the benefit of the civilian population there.",
