# The Iraq and Kuwait (United Nations Sanctions) (Amendment) Order 1990, Article 7: Amendment of Article 10 of the principal Order


Paragraph (2) of article 10 of the principal Order shall be amended by the deletion of the words “granted by the Secretary of State” in line 2, and by the insertion in the same line immediately after the words “of a licence”, of the words “or permission”.
