# The Iraq and Kuwait (United Nations Sanctions) (Amendment) Order 1998, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Iraq and Kuwait (United Nations Sanctions) (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 25th January 1999.
(2) This Order shall extend to the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man.
