  "heading": "Application of Articles 2 and 3",
  "text": "(1) The provisions of Articles 2 and 3 shall apply to any person within the United Kingdom or any place to which this Order extends and to any person elsewhere who—\n(a) is a British citizen, a British Dependent Territories citizen, a British Overseas citizen, a British Subject or a British protected person; or\n(b) is a body incorporated or constituted under the law of the United Kingdom or the law of any other place to which this Order extends.\n(2) Any person specified in paragraph 1 of this Article who contravenes the provisions of Article 2(1) or (2) or Article 3 shall be guilty of an offence.",
