# The Iraq and Kuwait (United Nations Sanctions)(Second Amendment) Order 1990, Article 6: Miscellaneous


To the extent that this Order increases the maximum penalty for offences committed against it, this Order shall not apply in relation to any offence committed or act done before the Order comes into force.
