# The Iraq (United Nations Sanctions) Order 2000, Article 7: Offences in connection with applications for licences


Any person who, for the purposes of obtaining a licence under article 5, knowingly or recklessly makes any statement or furnishes any document or information which is false in a material particular is guilty of an offence.
