Section 35 Land Commission accounts

(1)

For the purposes of this Act, the Land Commission shall keep such accounts, containing such particulars and entries as the Treasury may direct, and shall furnish those accounts to the Treasury as and when required by the Treasury.

(2)

The accounts of the Land Commission shall be audited in such manner as the Treasury may prescribe.
